Shelmith is a Senior Data Analyst based in Nairobi, Kenya, with a Bsc in Actuarial Science and an Msc in Applied Statistics. She is a co-organizer of NairobiR User Group and a member of the AfricaR leadership team. She is passionate about training and using data analytics to drive development projects in Africa.
